We made our own potato towers with some welded wire fencing that we found on our property.

We laid hay down first for base then added soil onto it. We put down 10-12" of soil for the potatoes to be planted in then we covered the potatoes with about 2" of soil and then repeated hay step.

We kept repeating our layers until we got to the top. To water the potatoes we put a piece of 2" PVC pipe in the middle which we drilled holes in so that the potatoes would get watered at different levels.
